Nitish Roenik Kumar (born 21 May 1994) is a Canadian-American cricketer who was the former captain of the Canada national cricket team.
Kumar was appointed as the national men's team captain in October 2016 at the age of 22. He bats right-handed and bowls right-arm off spin.
After representing the country at the 2010 Under-19 World Cup in January, Kumar made his One Day International debut the following month, becoming the second-youngest player in the history of ODIs.
He played his first Twenty20 International in March 2012. After last representing Canada in 2019, Kumar made his international debut for the United States national cricket team in April 2024..
